Dinner was delicious: a Bacon Muenster cheese Pretzel Burger that somehow I managed to cook to Medium-Rare. And not die from my cooking!!!
I used a frozen Wahlburger* patty, listed as 5.3 oz, sit in Worcestershire sauce for a half-hour, Kosher salt and Black Pepper.
Not seen are the Bread & Butter p ickle slices and sour cream & onion chips on the side.
No way I will be able to cook it just right again anytime soon.
*Aldi’s have been selling a 4 pack of these for ~$7. Pretty thick and not a lot of fat.

That looks tasty. I was still full from lunch around dinnertime so I skipped it. Then found myself hungry around 10:30 so took a walk to the gas station for a 6 pack of Blue Moon, some Chester’s flamin’ hot fries, and a bag of Hawaiian Sweet & Spicy BBQ chips. 40 minutes and 150% into my step goal later I’m now undoing all of that walking.
